FBMS surveys forms integrated with Dynamics 365, are scored and marked as Positive or Negative survey based on the given business rules. Each question is categorized in Dynamics 365 which helps in the evaluation of responses further. FBMS collecting the feedback, Survey Monkey – an online survey tool has been used. This project was intended towards integrating the survey responses with Dynamics 365 so the customer profile, his feedback, and the team have interacted with is all captured in one place.
